Dorchester is reissuing this next week with a new cover--and for once, it is an IMPROVEMENT over the original. Of course you old folks from mermie's day
remember how horrified we all were with the original cover for THIS book--schoolmarm Savannah! Of course, after the perfection of Dark Prince, there was
onlyone way to go and the covers did go that way--down. Even Dark Challenge with the gorgeous John DeSalvo was bad--because he is a BRUNETTE and no amount of
white paint is going to cover up that fact. So her certainly sholdn't have been the model for Julian. I don't think there is anything new inside the
cover--Christine didn't know about it when I found out--so it is really only buying the same thing over again. But the cover is so yummy it just might be
worth the money. Especially if I can get it at Walmart or Target at a discount.

I just saw it at Walmart and was wondering about it.
The cover model is actually very handsome. That's a big improvement; especially since some of the guys on the cover have been really unattractive. Lol! |
